No.13 pan is the smallest two handle pan. It is perfect for frying egg menu and widely used in kitchen.

Recommendation:

1. Before start using, the pan should be heat treated to remove coating oil, then clean by water and start using it.
2. After finishing, just clean with only water (no detergent regquired). The cooking oil will coat the pan to pretect the rust. In few times of use, the pan will be shiny black, which is a perfect anti-rust surface.
