  1. How can I trust this website that I gonna get the product I paid?

     
    • Infomation about our store
    • The store have registerred with the Department of Business Development, the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand since Nov.2006. In the registration process, the store was asked to provide all required document, including the ID card to prevent a guiltly of fraud. See evidence, click here
    • The store has located in chinatown, using the trading name as "Saha Tang Nguan Heng Limited Partnership". We have been in the business since 1967. We could check the existing of the company from the website of Department of Business Development /The website/ The name of saving account for money transfer is the company's committees.
     
    • Customoers feel confidence after making a payment as store's staffs would contact the customer immediately after payment success.
    • In case of using shopping cart, the store would inform via email. This email would be sent after checking the money transfer.
    • In case of phone call order, the staff would contact via phone on every payment.
    • Payment via provided bank and e-commerce gateway has ultimate. It is sure that the store would receive the payment as provided name and account number.
     
    • Feel confidence to get the shipment as all shipment get registration code for tracking.
    • All postal shipment get postal registration code
    • All TNT shipments could even specify in advance for the arrival date and time. There is a shipment status and location for tracking online.
    • For private shipment company, mainly for wholesale, the shipment code is also available for tracking.


     
  2. Can I have a copy of catalog?
    First of all, we can print out from the web online or you can send name and address for the mailing catalog.

     
  3. How much more bargaining for the big lot ordering?
    Normally, we give 10-15% more discount for wholesale lot.

     
  4. Do you have the international shipment services?
    We focus mainly on domestic shipment. For international inquiry, please contact our staff at by email. The international shipment is mainly sale in wholesale (Full carton) with minimum order of 50,000baht.  We do not provide retail service for international inquiry.
     
  5. Do you have any discount?
     
    • We normally provide 10% cheaper price than big discount store. We do give more discount mainly from wholesale and special products.
    • Wholesale gets about 10-15% discount.
    • Special product gets about 30-50% discount from normal price.

     
  6. Do you have a credit term payment?
    We sell only in cash now.

     
  7. Do you sell only the genuein products? Some alumnium product from Crocodile is so cheap in your website.
    All products in the shop are genuein from leading manufactuers. This can be verified directly by checking dealer name with the company.

     
  8. Is the price updated frequently? Some product has been on sale since 2006. Is the price correct?
    Yes. We update price to current sale price. Before changing the price, we announce on the webboard.

     
  9. Is it true that the price in our shop is cheaper than big discount store? Why?
    Yes, it is. Normally, our capital of the product is equal or sometimes higher than those in discount store. However, the operating expense of wholesale shop, like us, is a lot lower, since we do not have high cost on Ad or on building maintenance. We could sell for less with some acceptable profit.

     
  10. If you buy in large scale, will we get cheaper price with manufactures, instead of buying with dealer?
    Normally, large manufactures do not directly sell to end user, but sell via dealers. If they do, they might sell in higher price in their showroom. This is because authorized dealers usually have sell amount in millions or high scale with manufacturers, so dealers get speicial high discount. However, we should compare price and service anyway before making decision to buy from dealer or manufactuers.

     
  11. If we get the defect product, malfunction product, what is the store's responsibility on this?
    Our store provides 100% satisfaction guarantee. We would replace the new one or money back with 100% back order delivery charges.

     
  12. Which model of nonstick pans work on induction cooker/stove?
    Do notice on the words "IH", stand for Induction heating at the end of product's name. For example, nonstick pan 28cm Plattinum IH from Zebra brand. Most nonstick pans are made from aluminum, so they do not work on induction stove (do work on only stainless steel or iron material). For easiest way, type IH on search box and see which products are IH compatible.

     
  13. We found some product is more expensive than ones on the hypermart wholesale store? How your shop help us on this, since we already bought the products?
    Yes. It can be, because the promotion on few products from large hypermart store, and no cost on delivery, boxes since no delivery services from them. We are pleased to give the cash back for the gap and no questions asked.

     
  14. How to get more discount ? buy in dozen or buy a lot of amount based on the bottom line billing?
    Normally, buying in dozen in plastic ware or some products of stainless or aluminumware get about 10% discount. For wholesale categories, we need at least 20,000 baht to get more discount.

     
  15. Havn't get the product I ordered. How to do?
    If you wait longer than three days for Bangkok or five days in outer provinces. Considered abnormal. You can call for delivery status or write or email the forum.
    We will reply within one day. The most likely causes : Customer may not inform the money transfer. and The products might be kept at the nearby post office since no recipient at the delivery time.

     
  16. Do all products with cartoon screened on the product get the copyright?
    All products in our store already passed the copyright verification by the owner.
