Iron frying pan with handle no.13 C.H.R.

This is classic Iron handle chinese wok no. 13. It is the largest one with wooden handle, perfect for all chinese fried food.

Recommendation:

1. Before start using, the pan should be heat treated to remove coating oil, then clean by water and start using it.
2. After finishing, just clean with only water (no detergent regquired). The cooking oil will coat the pan to pretect the rust. In few times of use, the pan will be shiny black, which is a perfect anti-rust surface.
