1. The first clean dry surface with a little vegetable oil.
2. To use the heat to medium low. The hot heat for 2-3 minutes before the food.
3. When the job is done. Do not pour cold water while pan is still hot. Should be left to the laundry room. I love to wash the pan.
4. Turner should be used as a timber or equipment. Or plastic pan. Do not use metal.
5. If a white stain, wipe with a wet lime. Or vinegar.
6. Do not dip the pan in the water long. It will deteriorate the pan handle.
